Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it with a store credit or restocking fee of up to $125 depending on the product size, amount, etc.

All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit.  All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from your purchase date.  All return items must be in new or unused condition, with all the labels attached.  All returned product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

All returns must be pre-approved with an RA#.  Return Authorization (RA#) must be obtained within 30 days of invoice date.  Product must be returned within 7 days of date the Return Authorization (RA) is issued.

Any product returned without pre-approval with RA# will not be accepted.

To return an item(s), place the item in all the original packaging, mark the RA# prominently on the Shipping Label, and mail your package to the following address:

If a different address is provided to ship your return, we will document this via email prior to you shipping your return.  Please be conscious of our instructions of our return policy, if any product is shipped incorrectly the customer will be responsible for tracking and any shipping costs.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow 7 days for the receipt of your item to process your return.
